Returns

Currently postage costs are not covered by War & Drobe for returns.

A returns address is provided with each delivery.

You can return it to us by either:

‣ Posting it to us and following the instructions below
OR
‣ Dropping it off at our studio in South London

Please return garments within 14 days of the delivery date in order to be refunded. Should they arrive outside the 14 day window we will not be able to issue a refund and will return the item to you.

Our returns policy allows a full refund provided goods are in original condition with all tags attached and show no sign of being worn.

Instructions for Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please notify us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return at nina@waranddrobe.co.uk.

For goods to be refunded an email order confirmation or online despatch note must be placed inside the package. A copy of your order confirmation will be provided in the package. Goods without an email order confirmation or online despatch note cannot be refunded.

We provide a return address and instructions with every delivery. Please attach the address provided securely to the parcel.

To ensure you get a full refund we recommend the parcel is returned to us as 1st or 2nd class tracked delivery.

Please keep tracking details until you receive confirmation that it has been received and processed.

All refunds will be issued to the original card holder.

Please allow up to 10 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email us to nina@waranddrobe.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. We will bear the delivery costs for the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, please notify us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange at nina@waranddrobe.co.uk. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for exchange.

Our exchanges policy allows a full exchange up to the purchased price provided goods are in original condition and show no signs of being worn.

An order confirmation note will be provided inside your parcel. When returning the garment to us please place the confirmation note inside the package. Goods without an order confirmation note cannot be exchanged.
